This is a gentle reminder that we have our June session coming up on Thursday!

Sade Magabotha will be presenting her script which looks for SNPs in Vibrio cholerae datasets. The github page is here https://github.com/Shaedeycool/Vibrio_SNPs.

The script is set to look for SNPs with 90% similarity to the sequences in the database covering 90% of the entire length of the sequences of interest for biotype and serotype.
