Thank you to everyone who joined us for the final session of the SeqAfrica Bioinformatics Community of Practice. It has been a pleasure to learn, shar, and connect with you throughout the past two years of sessions.
As promised, I am sharing the slides from the final CoP presentation, where Niamh Lacy-Roberts
provided an overview of the key tools, workflows, and resources that have been highlighted during the lifetime of the CoP, both from our internal contributors and the many excellent external guest speakers who generously shared their expertise.
