We are pleased to share an opportunity from partners involved in the development of the Pathogen Surveillance Curriculum, led by the NGS Academy for the Africa Pathogen Genomics Initiative in collaboration
with Africa CDC and the PHA4GE Training & Workforce Development working group.
They are currently seeking contributors to support the development of additional pathogen-specific courses, including:

Bacterial pathogen surveillance
-
Malaria surveillance (vector and parasite)
-
Fungal pathogen surveillance
-
Parasitic pathogen surveillance
-
Metagenomics
Selected contributors will work over a three-month period (April–September window), with an expected commitment of approximately 4–6 hours per week, and will be remunerated for their contributions.
